died on the 9th of july 2006
aged 15
christopher was in year 10 at Sir John Hunt Community School
he lived at home with his mum, dad and brother
christopher drowned at ernesettle creek trying to save a friend who got into difficulty in the
water.
christopher was liked and loved by alot of people. people who dont know him even have respect for
him because of what he tried to do. now adays you dont get people who show as much couriage as what
christopher shown the day he lost is life. he was a brave young man who put someone else's
safety before his own.
christopher lived life to the max, well thats when mum and dad let him! he loved motorbikes,
fishing, going out in the boat with dad, having a 'little' alcoholic drink, annoying his
sisters and brother, he practically liked doing everything.
the day we lost christopher we lost a very big chunk of hearts. our lives will never be complete
until the day we see christopher again.

Through my window drifted
A fragrance oh so sweet
From newly blooming flowers
Came this lovely special treat.
I'm touched by gentle breezes
The sun warms my frame
I feel the gentle raindrops
I count them all the same.
They are gifts to us from heaven
To cheer us each new day
Sent by someone special
With love in everyway.

Nature's Rainbows
We held them in our parent arms
for days or weeks or years.
Now we hold them in our hearts
and cry the darkest tears.
The cord attached to children,
eternally fine and strong,
we never leave the missing;
it holds us all life long.
Our children now inside us -
our souls tatooed with gold,
their love, their words,caresses,
are hugs that we still hold.
If we open to the knowledge,
that they aren't completely gone,
we will feel somethimes, their touching,
sometimes soft and sometimes strong.
When they show us nature's rainbows,
we can feel their proud delight,
sending signs to show they're living,
only far beyond our sight.

Hi christopher its 3 years today that we lost you ,the pain of that day never goes away,me and charlotte put a new liverpool flag up for you yesterday as the other one blew away-you know how windy it gets down there,our lives was just normal 3 years ago today,i was getting ready for work and you were going grass cutting with your dad just a normal day in the weeksy household-and then our lives were changed forever,you are loved and missed so much and always will be xx
At the ending of the day when I'm weary
after a waterfall of tears have all been cried-
and I'm feeling like the skies will always be dreary-
nothing's there to fill the emptiness inside.
I lay my head upon my favorite pillow
just close my eyes to block all the sorrow-
wonderin' where I'll ever find the strength inside-
to do it all again- tomorrow.
And then I feel it-
inside me. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
I feel it-
around me.
Like a gentle hand just wiped away the tears-
and held me close to wash away my fears.

The sun comes up, it's time to face the day

But as the day wears on my nerves begin to fray-

As I look at my reflection in the glass-
the eyes looking back at me make me feel small-
and I ask, my God, how long's this going to last?
